How Plato justified to banish poets from his Ideal State?

Plato is a renowned philosopher and stands alone as the fountain of the tradition among Greek Idealists. Three of Plato’s writings form the focus in understanding his theory of idealism in relation to art: Ion, Phaedrus, and The Republic.
